About this event

Good food is better when it's shared - and even better when you learn to make it yourself.

Join us on the 4th Tuesday of every month for our Arab Cooking Class, where you'll learn how to master making Arab cuisine. Every month we’ll teach new Arab inspired delicacies.

Menu for Tuesday, November 17th (NOTE NEW DATE):

Two types of Harrisa (Basbousa, Nammoura).

Harrisa is a semolina based dessert cake common in the Levant countries (Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan) and Egypt. It is made from semolina, baked in a sheet pan, soaked in sweet sugar syrup and then cut into squares.

Please bring 2 sheet pans or cupcake/muffin trays to prepare the Harrisa in, you’ll be taking the trays home to bake.

No experience needed - just an appetite!

Grab your spot. Must RSVP in advance, no walk-ins accepted.

Bring a friend, make new ones, and leave with newfound knowledge of the classics beloved across the Arab world.
